Brief introduction to New Era

Xi'an New Era Magnetomotive Co., Ltd.(New Era for short) was established in 2001 with the great support of Rockwell Lab of Xi’an Jiaotong University and acquisition of Xi’an Simo Motor Co., Ltd. after over 10 years’ experience in induction melting and heating industry.  New Era, an economic entity with independent legal person qualification was registered in Industrial & Commercial Administration Bureau of Lianhu District of Xi’an City .There are 122 staff, among whom, 15  have senior engineer title, and 45  are technicians at present. The workshop covers 1500㎡ and 1000㎡ area is used for office where the advanced office facilities  are equipped. New Era mainly engages in the development, design and  manufacturing of equipment with the core technology in the induction melting and heating field for diabatic treatment, melting, heat preservation, quenching, heat treament, electrolysis, speed conversion through frequency conversion and transmission with various current, with various frequency conversion,  power frequency, medium frequency and high frequency.  Meanwhile, with the powerful technical strength, prudent scientific attitude, advanced & reliable design ideas, credit operation principle as well as perfect after-sale service for years,   New Era has sincerely served for heat treatment industry such as forging, casting, military enterprises, automobile, agricultural machinery, aviation & spaceflight, watercraft, hardware tools, general machinery and bearing and continually improved the present heating equipment level in domestic thermal power industry to realize heating technology with melting and electromagnetism diabatic treatment that are characterized by energy saving, environmental protection and oxygenation free.

The induction furnaces with power frequency and medium frequency designed & manufactured by New Era are applied for melting, heat preservation, heating before forging distortion and diabatic treatment of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal widely used in casting, metallurgy, automobile, engine and nucleus industries, etc. For example, the steel ingot heating furnaces with exquisite design, advanced technology as well as ideal performance made by New Era for one marine chain factory in Jiangsu Province have achieved high praise from the users.

GW series medium induction melting furnace::
●New Era has supplied the super quality professional induction heating furnaces for six large-scale military enterprises at home in the past 3 years, and the products involved in industries such as military airplane, submarine, fish torpedo, artillery and tank, etc.
●New Era has supplied the induction melting furnaces with various models for 3 famous  large steel plants in China in the past 3 years.
●New Era has been the supplier of super quality induction melting furnaces for one of the world top 500 enterprises in the past 3 years.
●New Era successfully exported the induction melting furnaces to Indonesia, Russia, Korea, and Finland and so on in the past 3 years.
●New Era has successfully competed with more than 40 enterprises with its strong technology during an international bidding to participate in the induction melting furnace project of Shougang Group.
●New Era has successfully competed with more than 10 enterprises in a domestic bidding to participate in the induction melting furnace project of Datang Corporation, the biggest electric power group at home.
●New  Era supplied the induction melting furnaces for cobalt 60 radioactive raw material to 803 Factory of Nucleus Industry General Corporation and a factory in Zhuhai City in 2004.
●At least 5 excellent technicians from New Era has participated in design and manufacture of the only 15T medium frequency melting furnace at home.
GTR series medium frequency induction diabatic furnace:
●New Era supplied the medium diabatic furnace for rear axle steel plate in the 1500 kW/4000Hz model truck with largest and most difficult technology to one Sino-foreign joint venture automobile company  in 2005.
●New Era supplied the most representative medium frequency induction diabatic furnaces to world biggest mooring chain factory in 2005.
KGPS series medium power supply:
●New Era has supplied the standard medium frequency power supply for teaching purpose to domestic famous polytechnical universities in last 3 years.
